By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services Provided
Able Homecare Services LLC provides non-medical home care services, which may include:
•Personal care assistance
•Companion care
•Homemaker services
•Respite care
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
•Provide accurate information
•Maintain a safe working environment
•Treat staff with respect
•Pay for services as agreed
4. Payment Terms
•Payment is due according to the service agreement
•Late payments may result in service suspension
•Clients are responsible for any non-covered services
5. Scheduling & Cancellations
•Advance notice is required for cancellations (typically 24 hours)
•Late cancellations may incur a fee
6. Limitation of Liability
Able Homecare Services LLC is not liable for:
•Events beyond our control
•Pre-existing medical conditions
•Outcomes not directly related to our services
7. Employee Conduct
All employees are trained and screened. Clients may request a caregiver change if necessary.
8. Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA and applicable laws.
9. Termination of Services
Services may be terminated by either party with proper notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
